Are Sprucely products made on demand?

Yes. Each product is produced after your order is placed.

Where do you currently ship?

Most products are currently available in the United States and the United Arab Emirates. Mugs are available in the United States only. We plan to add more countries after the launch setup has been validated.

How long does shipping take?

Production and shipping times vary by product and destination. The available delivery estimate and shipping charge are shown at checkout.

Can items arrive separately?

Yes. Gelato and Printful may produce items in different facilities, so one order can arrive in more than one package.

Can I return my order?

Made-to-order products cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind or an incorrect size or color selection, except where required by applicable law. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 30 days of delivery with clear photos.

Can I cancel or change my address?

Only before the fulfillment provider begins production. Contact us as soon as possible at sprucelystore@gmail.com.
