Shipping

Every Sprucely product is made to order. Production and delivery times vary by product and destination, and the available shipping method and price are shown at checkout.

Most products are currently available for delivery in the United States and the United Arab Emirates. Mugs are currently available for delivery within the United States only.

Orders may be fulfilled by Gelato and Printful. Items from the same order can be produced in different facilities and arrive in separate packages. Tracking is emailed when each shipment leaves production.

Returns and order issues

Because products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or an incorrect size or color selection, except where required by applicable law.

For a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 30 days of delivery and include clear photos. For a package that appears lost, contact us within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

Cancellations and address changes are possible only before the fulfillment provider begins production.
